Please note hosting package costs and SSL certificate purchase are not included in the web package prices. We are happy to assist in the purchase of a new hosting package and set up of your email, or working with your existing hosting package as long as it meets the needs of your new WordPress website. We can also help with purchasing an SSL certificate and installing it for you. Talk to us at the beginning of your project about hosting and SSL certificates and we’ll advise you what’s needed. Additional costs apply.

We also offer packages for professional bloggers, and brands wanting to sell online – ask us for more details.

Here’s a small example of the questions we are asked the most when it comes to deciding what website package to choose – if the answer you are looking for isn’t here, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help you.

I want to increase traffic to my new website, will it be Search Engine friendly?
Yes, our WordPress websites are built to be loved by Google. We also include as standard a free plug in from Yoast – who know everything there is to know about SEO. The plug in will help you write great content and page meta information, and this will help your website get better rankings on Google’s search pages.

Can I have one of your fully responsive WordPress website packages, even if I don’t want to update my website myself?
Yes you can! And what’s more we’ll reduce the price of your website package too if it’s the one page website package, the five page website package or the fifteen page website package. Save £100 off the one page website package. Save £200 off the five and fifteen page website packages. This option is not offered with the blogging packages or ecommerce website package obviously!

A blog is included in my website package, but do I have to have one?
Nope! We do include the blog option on all our website packages (excluding the one page website package as that wouldn’t be just one page any more!) but if you don’t want to add blogging to your marketing “to do” list yet we don’t have to build it, and you’ll make a saving of £125 + VAT on your package price. If you change your mind and wish to add it later you can, but be warned there will be a slight increase on that price.

Do I need Google Analytics on my website?
If you’re serious about finding out all the info on who visits your website, when they visit, what pages they like and where they come from – then yes having Google Analytics is a must have. The good news is it’s free – and we’ll tell you how to sign up so we can get the bit of code we need to make the magic happen.

What’s included when it comes to promoting my social media platforms?
If you opt for our basic one page website package we will include all your social media platform links in the header and footer areas. But if you upgrade to our five page website package, fifteen page website package or ecommerce website package then as well as the links you can also have one of your platforms represented as a live feed* on your website too. If you want to add the live feed onto your one page website package it is available as an optional extra – please ask us for more details.

* This can also include Trip Advisor.

What’s the difference between social media promotion and social media share?
Included in our basic blogger package and blogger pro package is the social media share feature. This nifty little extra allows your site visitors to share the content they really love on their own social media platforms – which results in getting more eyes on your lovely content and ultimately new traffic for your blog or website. While this feature is included into the blogging packages as standard (because let’s be honest if you are serious about blogging you want as many people to see your posts as possible) we can also add it onto our other website packages as an optional extra. Whether you want the feature across your whole website or just contained to the blog we can offer you both options. Get in touch for more details.

What if I want more plugins than you offer for the web packages?
If you would like the option of more plugins or different ones to those we have included in our packages, like for events or for a bigger focus on getting sign ups for your email marketing, then we can add them to your package. Just tell us what you need and we’ll find the perfect plugin for your website. (Costs will apply per plugin).

Can I choose the one page website package and add a blog?
Yes we can add a blog to the one page website package as an optional extra. Opting for this extra function will add £150 + VAT to your package price.

Can I choose the one page website package and add some of the other features that are included in the other packages?
Yes! Simply choose from the other features you would like to add to create your own custom one page website package. Extra costs will apply.
